Property Description and Pictures
The house is situated on 2 acres of land that I own with a friend. The house has
2 bedrooms, 1 bath, living room, kitchen, deck, and roof deck (for an even better view).
The house sleeps 4 to 6 people. And is located a 1 mile from the beach. It sits on the
hillside in Negra with a nice view of the mountains and ocean. Plus it sits off the public
road which keeps it very quiet and tranquil, except for the occasional yell from the howler
monkeys that live next door. Don't worry they won't bug you!
The best time to enjoy Costa Rica is November till April, which is their summer and the
weather is just amazing. From May till October is their rainy season, but it doesn't rain
everyday. There will normally be a shower in the morning and in the evening, but most of the
time the sun will shine for a vast portion of the day.
I'm sure you have heard many great things about Costa Rica. I do hope that you come
