* Security Deposit: $200 dollars
There will be a security deposit of $200.00, which you will get upon leaving, as long as nothing in the home is damaged. Joel will do a walk through with you when you get there and when you leave. He will return the money to you as long as there is no damage, and if that damage is under 200 dollars he will only keep the amount needed to fix the damage. This is a respect thing. I hope you treat my house as you would your own
